40 Animated Textures for DaVinci Resolve

Free

Simply drag and drop one of the 40 animated textured backgrounds into your DaVinci Resolve timeline to elevate your videos.

Transform any flat animation into an eye-catching attention hook. Similar to Johnny Harris, VOX, and Chloe Abrams, you now have the tools to go viral and 10X your watch time.

Every background texture was carefully handmade in Switzerland. No AI was used during the creation of the backgrounds. Everything is 100% human-made.

Add to the DaVinci Resolve folder on your hard drive, which can be found with the path below.

Mac:

/Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve

Windows:

C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve

In there open the following folders:

Fusion >> Templates >> Edit >> Generators

And move the <<Textures_MarkusMcKay>> in Generatos folder.

If one of these followers does not exist feel free to create them and paste the <<Textures_MarkusMcKay>> folder in there.

Restart DaVinci Resolve and the textures can be used.

Are the textures royalty-free?

All the assets are royalty-free and can be used for any creative project, even commercial ones.

Is anything AI-generated?

No. Everything is made by real people. Nothing included in this pack is AI-generated.

The textures are real photographs made by real people, and the animations are also made by me, a real human.

Can I get rid of the animation?

Yes. Just set the slowness to some absurdly large value. You can set anything between one and 1 million.

Is it possible to change parameters?

Yes. Open the texture infusion, then copy and paste the texture note into a TextEdit. At the top, change „MacroOperator“ to „GroupOperator“.

Select all and paste it back into Fusion. Now you get the texture as a group and you can change whatever you like.

Why isn't it a DRFX file?

Da Vinci has some problems when using relative paths and DRFX files. Since they are stored in the zip file, Resolve does not find the textures in that file.

Copying and pasting the folder directly into the generator folder gets rid of that problem.
